Section 73
Court fee on appeal
(1) When appealing at any level in the case of value or defects, to the extent that the appeal is not satisfied, an additional court fee will be charged at the rate of one hundred and fifteen of the court fee charged for filing the complaint.
(2) When filing an appeal at any level in case of unopened portion of the case, the same court fee will be charged as when filing the complaint.
(3) In case of an appeal to the second level court based on the appeal decision made by the court hearing the appeal of the first level, the court fee will be charged at the rate of an additional fifteen percent of the court fee charged for filing the appeal to the extent that the appeal is not satisfied.
